Stop eating plates full of pain and your pain and need for over the counter pain pills(NSAIDS) may lesson. 50 million Americans suffer with chronic pain amd we have become a nation who rely on NSAIDs for relief. Unfortunately, this is associated with various side effects that can be life-threatening for some. Peptic ulcers, cardiovascular, kidney, and liver disease are some of the long-term side effects. It is well known that omega-6 fatty acids can lead to increased amounts of postaglandin in the body which leads to inflammation in the joints. Eating 2-3 serving of  many fruits and vegetables contain salicylates equivalent to 75 mg of aspirin. Avoiding fast food , bags of potato chips and packed foods will also help. An additional supplement to consider white willow bark, that can be an effective alterantive to NSAID use.  Magnesium and vitamin D are also important.
